The Fractal Nature Of The Universe

I’m sure many of you have heard about fractals before. But for those of you that haven’t, I will tell you what it is. Something is fractal, when a part of something, is a replica, of the entire thing. For example, a small cloud, is the exact same, as a large cloud. A pebble, is a small version of a mountain. A twig, is a small version of the tree. Have you even taken the time, to pick up a leaf, and examine it? If you notice, the leaf has a main vein going through it, and several smaller veins shooting off of it, resembling, a tree. A spiral is also fractal, as each circle, gets smaller and smaller, is stays exactly the same as the larger circles that surround it. Nature itself, is fractal.

But fractals are much more complex. Fractals occur when the original object divides itself into two parts, and divides into 4 parts, and so on until it gets infinitely smaller that you cannot see the fractal nature of the object. Unless you have the equipement, to look at it. When you take a microscope, and you zoom into the molecular structure of something, it is very simliar, when you look into a telescope into the cosmos. A single cell in our bodies, is a replica of the entire universe. Atoms, they make up everything in existence. This is how connected everything really is. Nature beautifully displays this fractal nature. The fabric of the universe, is fractal.

Water displays fractals beautifully. Snowflakes, if examined under a microscope, are fractal by design. It is a very complex shape, but when you look close enough, the fractal nature is obvious. However, recently, I was drawn to the research being done by Massaru Emoto. He has discovered, how to make fractal patterns in water, using different frequencies of sound. He has been able to prove that water, can restructure itself, from being damaged through pollution, and chemicals, back to its original form. He restructured different samples of water, to different kinds of music. The results were incredible when examining them under a microscope. What was even more incredible, is that he also tested water that had been changed by thought. When water was given gratitude and love, the water would form more complex fractal patterns. When it was given hatred and anger, the water had no pattern, or a broken pattern.

So given that information, did you know that 75% of your body is made up of water? All of our cells must have water to survive. Our thoughts, can change our health, simply be genuinely being more positive. You see this happen, everyday. Take someone who is dying in the hospital for example. If they remain positive, and tell themselves they will beat the disease, with a determination that you can see in their eyes, they will most likely come out of it alive. On the other hand, you get someone that looks defeated, says I can’t fight this, and just lets the drugs and doctors do their thing, having no hope at all, this type of person, usually dies. Our attitudes, are a significant factor to our health and well being. This is why we create our own realities. What you give out, is what you take in.

Even the human brain, is fractal in nature. When you get down to the synapses, and nerve endings, they are a maze of fractals. This might explain why, when you move into a higher state of consciousness, you are able to connect to the universe, and feel at one with it. Because you are at one with it, you’re a miniature version of it, you just aren’t aware of this fact until you get to this state. The universe is consciousness, that is the universal fabric. Our normal waking consciousness, is just localized fractals of the larger whole.
