Then I would say that is your problem. You do not want to use will power to control your emotions and feelings. Because even though will power can be a powerful tool, you are still using your ego to control these things. Instead, you need to use self-control… as in, use the self, not the ego, to become in harmony with your bodies feelings and emotions. This is why I talk about moving energy in your body, meditation and astral projection. Because until I had experience in these things, I did exactly what you are doing, and I rarely saw progress, nothing significant happened. I wasn’t even a spiritual person until august of 2011!! 4 months ago I didn’t have a blog, 4 months ago, I didn’t believe in god. 4 months ago I never entertained the thought that I might be a spiritual being inside of a physical body. Then my spiritual experience occurred, by my own doing. I was researching nikola tesla at the time, and found out he claimed his celibacy led him to be more creative, more intelligent and so on. It was the greatest experience of my life, and since that day it has been hit the ground running, in a quest for knowledge. The discovery of the spiritual world and its history on earth through the ancient civilizations has been incredible. I had no idea there was so much information, so much knowledge so far back in history. It tells me that literally everything that we are discovering today, is only a re-discovery of what the ancients already knew. Religion and science are like lost puppies, trying desperately to make sense of it all. But they needn’t look any further than their own minds. And neither do you. Everything you need to know, is already in your mind. You just haven’t learned how to access it. My blog exists, because if I can do it, anyone can.
